Holiday home De Monteberg is located in an idyllic setting on top of the Monteberg, right under the Kemmelberg, in the middle of a beautiful 4 ha domain. Staying at Holiday home De Monteberg is abandoning yourself to luxury, quietness and pleasure. The panoramic views on the north of France are unforgettable and the surroundings of the Kemmelberg are magnificent. The authentic estate was given a contemporary interior decoration, worthy of its 5-star classification.

Seminar or teambuilding
The country estate is the perfect location for organising a seminar or teambuilding. The multifunctional room in the side wing offers the possibility of meeting in quiet with plenty of daylight and a magnificent view of the green countryside. Privacy assured, the property is never rented out to multiple organisations at the same time. In the room, several round or rectangular tables and chairs are provided according to your wishes. There is place for 50 people seating. There is wifi, flipchart and a beamer with clickshare for presentations. The lighting and home automation create the necessary atmosphere.
It is also possible to take a break in the room. There is a large bar with a tap system, a filled bar, a coffee machine, an ice-cube machine and industrial dishwasher. The location at the top of Mount Monteberg is the perfect base for a short walk during your break. The oxygen of nature is guaranteed to boost creativity, productivity and team spirit.
Additional service
On simple request we can provide breakfast, lunch, coffee and/or dinner.
The multipurpose room and kitchen can be rented on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays without sleepovers. Do not hesitate to contact us for a tailor-made organisation.

Prices are incl. 6% TVA on rented houses (available from 1st july 2022).
We ask you to pay 50% of the rental price and of the deposit at the time of reservation. The remainder of the rent we ask to be paid at least 6 weeks before occupation of the property, together with half of the deposit and the rented bed and bath linen.

Culture
There are many interesting monuments in the area, such as the monument on top of the Mount Kemmel. Definitely worth a visit during an excursion. Sometimes the command bunker of the Mount Kemmel is open to visitors. And the Ypres Salient (Flanders Field) makes for some fine driving: a 'pit stop' at the most famous buildings is certainly an option. The countryside ‘Heuvelland’, Ieper and the great city centre of Lille are just a stone's throw away from 'Landgoed de Monteberg'.
Nature
The beautifully renovated property is located on the side of the Monteberg, almost at the top. It offers a magnificent panoramic view of the Douve Valley and the vineyards that cover the southern side of the Monteberg. The typical relief of this region, with differences in altitude of more than 100 metres, provides lush views. The alternation of valleys and forests of the countryside region ‘Heuvelland’ will charm every nature lover.
Sport & relaxation
Heuvelland is a true Eldorado for mountainbike and cycling lovers. You will find several well-marked cycling routes for every level. The holiday home is located next to a beautiful 41 km mountainbike route. This route crosses other exciting cycling routes that lead you through the Flemish Hill Country and even to the north of France. There is also a number of walking routes through the domain that take you to the woods, vineyards and meadows. On several occasions, you will be treated to an unforgettable view of the other hills, the villages in the valley and even Ieper and Lille.

After booking, you will receive a list of cosy and, above all, delicious places to eat, the best butcher's shop, the farm shop and, of course, the best bakery where you can get your freshly baked bread rolls in the morning.
